The results reflect the linear regression with an R value of 1,000 and the R² of 1,000 indicate a perfect correlation between the commitment and the variables, that is, fluctuations in the predictor variables which have a highly predictable impact on the level of employees’ commitment , through the correlation matrix, it is proven that the five variables are intrinsically related to the level of commitment and the strong correlation between loyalty and emotional debt highlighting the importance of these two factors in employees’ retention and commitment.
