Abstract

Attempting to explain what I know about knowledge and learning forces me to look into my self. However, how can I begin to do so without first conceptualizing knowledge, knowing, and learning? The initial question is simple: How do I know, that I know, what I know? The metaphor of peeling an onion as I reflect on the question serves as a guide to the process of attempting to understand the abstract nature of knowing.
