Abstract

In this study, the direct and indirect effects of the relationship between self-regulated learning and individual innovativeness on students' course success were examined. The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between self-regulation and individual innovativeness levels of students studying in educational institutions and to contribute to the literature by examining the concepts revealed in the theoretical framework in a holistic manner. It is possible to come across many studies in the literature examining the relationship between academic success, self-regulated learning and individual innovativeness of students studying in educational institutions. The results obtained from the findings of the mentioned researches also show that the effect of the relationship between self-regulated learning and individual innovativeness has a direct impact on students' course success. For this reason, it is seen that teachers working in educational institutions can contribute to increasing the success of students by giving importance to self-regulated learning and individual innovation.
