Abstract

Due to the wide variety of socio-economic conditions of the policies applied in the educational management processes, as well as the diversity of the educational policies themselves, it is not possible to determine the most appropriate implementation procedures. During the development of educational activities, problem issues in education do not arise suddenly and spontaneously. In many cases, uncovering an issue, dramatizing it, drawing attention to it, and communicating the issue to the public and pressuring decision makers to do something about it are important strategic tactics. Educational activity applications require the cooperation of different institutions. The fact that each institution fulfills its own responsibility and the necessary cooperation between institutions will increase the effectiveness of the application. The plans to be made should be developed so that students and families are aware of the goals of a new initiative so that communities learn the benefits of acting together. In the plan, funds, physical objects and human resources should be arranged clearly and in detail so that there is no doubt who will do when, how and what, physical resources, the contents of possible lists should be placed and it should be ensured that they are available. Financial resources for possible use should be placed in appropriate places to minimize the delay of implementation, and the personnel necessary to put the plan into effect should be made available only for this work, without any other work. Programs should also be developed for teachers, education administrators and those who represent them. Since new initiatives usually mean some form of redefining jobs, it is important that educators see this as useful, and those who oppose change should be isolated here. The personnel to be selected for the success of the application must meet the conditions required for the application. In other words, the personnel selected by the policy should be compatible with each other. The technical knowledge necessary to guide the application of sociopolitical education should be learned by those who will do this job, and the administrative systems guided by sociopolitical education should be clearly structured. Key Words: Education, Education Management, Educational Activity Applications
