Abstract
1. An isolierten Meerschweinchenvorhofen wurde die Aufnahme von 14C-markierten Arecaidin-Derivaten im pH-Bereich von 6,4–8,4 untersucht. Die Verteilung zwischen Inkubationsmedium und Gewebe war der Konzentration an freier Base proportional. Bei der Konzentration 3·10−7 m (Base plus Kation) betrug der T/M-Quotient der freien Base etwa 13. Der spezifische Bindungsprozes ist von der unspezifischen Verteilung unabhangig.
