Abstract
目的 探讨传统清洁灌肠与复方聚乙二醇电解质散剂在大肠癌术前肠道准备中的应用比较.方法 我院2004-2006年肿瘤外科无肠梗阻大肠癌术前患者136例随机分成A组70例,B组66例,分别应用复方聚乙二醇电解质散剂及传统硫酸镁清洁灌肠进行大肠癌术前肠道准备,观察肠道准备前后平均体重,血清总蛋白,血清钾及肠道清洁程度.结果 A组肠道准备前后无明显变化,B组体重减轻,血清总蛋白,血清钾下降,有统计学意义(P＜0.05).肠腔清洁优良率2组无明显差异.结论 本研究表明口服聚乙二醇电解质散剂应用于大肠癌术前肠道准备安全有效,对患者全身情况影响小,准备时间短,不需要饮食限制,护理工作强度下降,值得临床推广应用。
