Patient in control group were only given trans-dorsalis pedis vein thrombolysis, while patients in observation group were given trans-dorsalis pedis vein thrombolysis combined with comprehensive interventional therapy. The clinical efficacy and the improvement on swelling and pain in lower extremities were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in visual analogue scale (VAS) score between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05); after treatment, the VAS scores of lower extremity pain symptoms of the two groups were improved (P 0.05). Conclusions For patients with acute deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities, comprehensive interventional treatment can effectively improve the pain and swelling.
