Abstract
Significant economic damage to pond farms is caused by infectious diseases of bacterial etiology of carp. When conducting therapy and chemoprophylaxis, it is necessary to take into account the sensitivity of the causative agents of bacterioses to antibiotics used in farms, to which resistance is gradually developing in bacteria. Therefore, the search for new highly effective and harmless means of treatment and prevention of aeromonosis is an urgent prob-lem of modern fish farming. The use of the veterinary preparation «Sulfaprimum 48 BT» for carp aeromonosis allows to obtain a high therapeutic effect and does not adversely affect the fish organism.
