Efficacy of shenmai injection in the treatment of 55 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of shenmai injection on acute onset of chronic pulmonary heart disease.Methods One hundred and six cases of pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into traditional chinese and western medicine combined treatment group (55 cases) and conventional treatment control group (51 cases),the two groups were given routine treatment,and the traditional chinese and western medicine combined treatment group were given shenmai injection 30 ml which were added 5％ 100 ml grapes injection or 0.9％ saline solution 100 ml and was given by intravenous infusion for 2 times daily,15 days for a course,and the efficacy and value of blood gas analysis were observed between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 89.1％ in traditional chinese and western medicine combined treatment group and 68.6％ in conventional treatment control group,the effectual rate was 63.0％ and 38.7％ in the two groups.The value of blood gas analysis in the two groups were all improved before and after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant.There was no apparent adverse reaction in the two groups.Conclusions Safely and effectively with shenmai injection in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease,fewer adverse reaction and achieved quite satisfactory efficacy.
