Abstract
Rezafungin, which only requires weekly administration, is a potential candidate for difficult-to-treat infections that require long-term antimicrobial treatment, such as bone and joint infections. We report the first case of Candida glabrata spondylodiskitis successfully treated with 3weeks of caspofungin followed by 10 weeks of rezafungin.
