Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Docetaxel combined with cisplatin and 5-Fluorouracil(DCF)scheme in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods 58 cases of advanced gastric cancer were divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was treated with DCF Scheme,while the control group treated with cisplatin.The recent efficacy,toxic and adverse effects of both groups were observed.Results The ORR of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(Pļ¼ 0.05).As for the observation group,the incidence of leucopenia and diarrhea was higher than that of the control group(Pļ¼ 0.05).Conclusion DCF Scheme is effective in treatment of advanced gastric cancer.
