Abstract

This study aimed to assess the efficacy and safety of remimazolam tosilate combined with butorphanol tartrate for painless abortion and the effect of postoperative nursing on patients’ nutritional status. A total of 110 patients who underwent painless abortion were divided into control and research groups. The excellent and good rates in the research group (98.18%) were relatively higher than those in the control group (85.45%). Compared with the control group, the research group had shorter wakeup and discharge times from the hospital. The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the research group (3.64%) than in the control group (14.55%). The amount of bleeding and bleeding time in the research group were reduced compared to those in the control group. After the intervention, albumin, prealbumin, and transferrin levels were higher in the research group than in the control group. In summary, remimazolam tosilate combined with butorphanol tartrate had an effective analgesic effect and increased safety in patients with painless abortion. Meanwhile, Buxue Yimu granule can promote physical rehabilitation, reduce adverse reactions, and improve the nutritional status of patients with painless abortions.
