Abstract
In the present study, Zinc oxide nanoparticles andSilver Oxide nanoparticles were evaluated for their in vivo and in vitro antidiabetic activity. The resulting ZnO, Ag2O were characterized via various methods like UV, XRD, FTIR, PSA and SEM, TEM, and ICP-OES. The synthesized NPs were tested sub-acute oral toxicity model by abiding by the OECD425 guidelines.
