Abstract
A complete kinematic study of 11B(p, 3α) has been done around Ep = 2.65 MeV as a bombarding energy, corresponding to the 18.36 MeV resonance in 12C. We explain the hole in the Dalitz plot near the zero energy of the third particle by assigning 3− to this 12C state.
