Abstract
目的 探讨临床护理路径在甲状腺腺瘤患者中的应用效果.方法 将50例行甲状腺腺叶与峡部切除术的患者列为实验组,实施临床护理路径.将53例已出院的甲状腺腺瘤患者列为对照组,实施常规护理.比较2组的护理效果.结果 平均术前等待日,平均住院日,平均住院费用实验组均显著少于对照组,P＜0.05,差异有统计学意义;医疗护理品质比较实验组亦显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P＜0.05.结论 临床护理路径的应用有利于提高护理质量,规范护理行为,使患者受益。
