Application of clinical nursing pathway in patients with transurethral resection of prostate

Abstract

Objective To study the application effects of clinical nursing pathway in patients with transurethral resection of prostate.Methods A total of 93 patients were divided into control group of 45 cases and observation group of 48 cases,routine nursing care was taken in control group,the observation group received clinical nursing pathway to implement standardized management..The average length of stay,incidence of complications and degree of satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results The hospitalization days and incidence of complication were significantly reduced,while the satisfaction was improved in the observation group.There were statistical differences between the two groups,P ＜ 0.05.Conclusions Clinical nursing pathway can improve the clinical efficiency,promote patient's recovery,increase satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of complication in transurethral resection of prostate patients.
