Abstract
Effects of the Hund's rule coupling in an orbitally degenerate Anderson model are studied by a quantum Monte Carlo method. From results for static as well as dynamic susceptibilities it is concluded that the system remains a local Fermi liquid at least in a weak to intermediate coupling region as was concluded in previous studies. It is also found that the Hund's rule coupling generates a strong attractive interaction between conduction electrons with parallel spins in the same orbital states.
