Abstract
AbstractThe effects of acridine orange, malachite green, toluidine blue, oxytetracycline hydro chloride, caffeine, and N‐methyl‐N′‐nitro‐N‐nitrosoguanidine (NTG) have been investigated in the mutant strains R 79, RM, WR, diauxotroph compact and widespread of Fusarium spec. Only caffeine and, as it is shown for the first time in this organism, also NTG induced reversions in the strains R 79, RM and WR.
