Abstract

Objective To explore the effects of propylene glycol mannate sulfate and ginkgo leaf tablet in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and its influence on hemorheology and blood lipid. Methods 174 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 87 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with propylene glycol mannate sulfate after admission, and the observation group was treated with ginkgo leaf tablet on the basis. the changes of blood rheology and blood lipid index were compared between the two groups. Result The changes of blood rheology and blood lipids in the observation group were better than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Propylene glycol mannate sulfate combined with ginkgo leaf tablet has a significant effect on the improvement of blood rheology and blood lipids in elderly patients with coronary heart disease, which can effectively promote the improvement of hyperlipidemia and hyperviscosity, and promote the relief and rehabilitation of coronary heart disease in the elderly, with obvious clinical efficacy.
