Self-development motivation and purposive motivation had a significant positive effect on persistent participation in volunteer activities, whereas purposive motivation and leisure motivation had a significant positive effect on participation intensity. Further, the results showed that purposeful ideal realization and ability exhibition had a significant positive effect on self-fulfillment and participation intensity. Conclusion: It was confirmed that higher motivation to participate in volunteer activities among students majoring in cosmetology increased their self-fulfillment.
