Abstract

Results of the studies of dielectric properties of PZT thin films of different excess lead concentrations are reported. Samples of excess lead concentration x = 0, 30, and 50 mol % are examined. The observed relaxation of polarization at infralow frequencies is interpreted on the basis of Cole-Cole relaxation. Polarization loops of samples with x = 0 and 50 mol % are compared and the reasons of their asymmetric view and displacement in the direction of negative field are discussed.
