Abstract

Significant changes in the temperature coefficient of bubble collapse field (αHcoll) for magnetic bubble garnets in the SmLuYCaGe:IG system have been observed after ion implantation and subsequent thermal annealing. This change can be reduced to insignificant levels by changes in the garnet composition or by increasing the implantation energy used.
