Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of family intervention on patients with first-episode schizophrenia. Methods A total of 90 cases of patients admitted to our hospital from December 2014 to June 2015 were selected and were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 45 cases of each group.The two groups were treated with conventional drug therapy, and the observation group was treated with family intervention on the basis of drug therapy.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The observation group was significantly higher than the control group in terms of actual intimacy, actual adaptability, ideal intimacy and ideal adaptability, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). BPRS, SAPS, SANS and SDSS scores were significantly decreased, ITAQ scores and quality of life scores were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The difference of recurrence rate between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions Family intervention was applied to patients with schizophrenia, the effect is significant, and it has promotion value. Key words: Schizophrenia; Family Intervention; Influence
