Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of compound thrombosis capsule combined with pancreatic kininogenase on visual function and fundus oculi hemodynamic of patients with diabetic retinopathy (DR). Methods From April 2013 to February 2015, 80 DR patients were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received insulin and other routine hypoglycemic drugs, and the observation group was given compound thrombosis capsule combined with pancreatic kininogenase on the basis of the above. The effective rate of visual function in the two groups were compared, the fundus oculi peak systolic velocity (PSV), end diastolic velocity (EDV), drag index (RI) and other hemodynamic parameters before and after treatment in the two groups were analyzed, and the adverse reactions were observed. Results The effective rate of the observation group (92.50%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.00%, P 0.05). Conclusions Compound thrombosis capsule combined with pancreatic kininogenase can improve the visual function and fundus oculi hemodynamics of DR patients effectively, it has high safety, and is worth for application in clinics. Key words: Compound thrombosis capsule; Pancreatic kininogenase; Diabetic retinopathy; Hemodynamic
