Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of butylphthalide and atorvastatin calcium on neurological and coagulation function in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 110 cases of patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from December 2015 to August 2017 were chosen to research, and were divided into control group and research group. Both two groups received routine treatment, the control group was treated with aspirin and Xueshuning injection on the basis of routine treatment, the research group was treated with atorvastatin calcium and butylphthalide on the basis of routine treatment. After treatment, coagulation index, collateral circulation, and neurological function were compared between the two groups. Results There were no statistically significant differences in coagulation parameters between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05); after treatment, the levels of TT, PT, and APTT in the research group were higher than those in the control group, and the level of FIB was lower than that in the control group (P 0.05); after treatment, the MCA of the research group was higher than that of the control group, and the PCA and ACA were lower than those of the control group (P 0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in NIHSS score between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05); after treatment, the NIHSS score of the research group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment, the combination of butylphthalide and atorvastatin calcium can improve the coagulation function and collateral circulation in patients with cerebral infarction, which can promote the improvement of nerve function. Key words: Cerebral infarction; Atorvastatin; Butylphthalide; Coagulation; Neurological function
