Abstract
The objective of the research was to determine the effectiveness of the communication plan in terms of knowledge, attitudes and participatory practice about the "UPeU Healthy University" program at the Peruvian Union University (UPeU). It is an evaluative investigation with a pre-test post-test design with a quantitative approach. The study determined that the level of knowledge about the health program increased in UPeU students and staff, from a medium level in the pre-test to a high level in the post-test. The communication plan was effective in increasing the degree of knowledge, attitudes and participation in the "UPeU Healthy University" program of both UPeU students and staff.
