Abstract
This research study investigates the effectiveness of the Supreme Student Council (SSC) at Surigao Del Norte State University - Del Carmen Campus. Data was gathered from student respondents through a survey, and the results were analyzed and presented using tables and figures to show the demographic profile of the respondents. The majority of respondents were female students aged 16 and below, senior high school students in grade 11 and 12, and ICT students. Frequency count was used to interpret the ratings, revealing that students perceive the SSC as effective in terms of information dissemination and students' welfare and development, and supreme student council. However, there were some students who expressed concerns regarding the information provided by the Supreme Student Council.
