Abstract

Implementing online learning due to the sudden entry of the COVID-19 epidemic into Indonesia has created several problems that teachers and students must overcome. Teaching and learning teachers have not used the online system. Schools have started operating but on condition that health regulations such as wearing masks are respected. School learning takes place with limited face-to-face contact. Of course, this makes learning less than optimal, so self-study at home, including using smartphones, is necessary. A growing research portfolio that creates Android-based interactive learning multimedia, thinking, and translation materials. Data collection tools include confirmation forms, teacher learning management skills test forms, student activity sheets, and questionnaires answered by middle school students. The research results show that multimedia learning based on evaluating supports and materials meets the criteria well. Every aspect of teachers' learning abilities, students' learning outcomes during the learning process, and students' positive reactions to media use meet the effectiveness criteria very well. Meets the efficiency criteria in terms of effective time percentage by giving positive feedback. This means the developed Android-based interactive learning multimedia can be applied to learning, especially thinking and translation materials
