Abstract

Objective To compare the effectiveness of carthamin yellow and Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection in treating coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Methods A total of 180 patients were enrolled in the study, 90 subjects were given carthamin yellow and the other half were given Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride.Observing the effectiveness, cardiograph and test item. Results Effective rate of cardiograph were 91% and 54% in treatment group, 90% and 44% in control group. Conclusions The effectiveness of carthamin yellow for injection treating coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were similar to Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection.
