Abstract
In the two-dimensional approximation corresponding to the field asymptotic behavior of QED in a superstrong magnetic field, the effective Lagrangian of the A/sup 3/(nu anti nu) interaction is constructed. The radiative production of neutrino pairs in photon-photon collisions is considered on the basis of this Lagrangian in the Glashow-Weinberg-Salam model. The contribution of this process to the neutrino luminosity of collapsing objects is estimated
