Abstract
In this paper, we present new expressions of the quasi-static effective constitutive parameters of chiral multilayered structure. This structure can have n layers with different electromagnetic properties and the used technique consists to decompose the chiral structure into two equivalents anisotropic media and to evaluate the macroscopic electromagnetic properties of each one separately. The expression of the effective constitutive parameters of the initial structure are expressed as a function of those of the two equivalent media. To validate the proposed expressions, numerical results are presented and a comparison is done with the multi-scale method of homogenization using finite element method (FEM).
