Abstract

This study aimed to investigate how using feed additives instead of imported premixes affects the productivity and physiology of broiler chickens. The study used 120 one-day-old Russian chickens that weighed 44g at the start. The chickens were divided into four groups, with three repetitions each. Each repetition had 10 experimental units distributed randomly. The first group (T1) served as the control, while the second group (T2) used a mix of 30% feed additives and 70% imported premix (Wafi). The third group (T3) used a mix of 60% feed additives and 40% imported premix (Wafi). The fourth group (T4) used 100% feed additives, with no imported premix (Wafi). The study results showed no statistically significant differences in productivity and cumulative performance of the birds at a significance level of 0.05.
