Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical value of Yinxingdamo injection combined with buflomedil in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo. Methods 106 patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo treated at our hospital from October, 2017 to January, 2019 were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method, with 53 cases in each group. On the basis of routine and symptomatic treatment, buflomedil was given to the control group, and buflomedil + Yinxingdamo injection to the observation group; both groups were treated for 10 days. The clinical efficacy, hemodynamic parameters before and after the treatment (left and right vertebral artery and vertebral-basal artery blood flow velocity), endothelial function [serum calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP)], and incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment were compared between these two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.45% (49/53), which was higher than that of the control group (77.36%, 41/53) (P 0.05). Conclusion The combination of buflomedil and g Yinxingdamo injection in the treatment of posterior ischemic vertigo has a significant effect, which is beneficial to improve hemodynamics and up-regulate serum CGRP level, and has certain safety. Key words: Posterior circulation ischemic vertigo; Buflomedil; Yinxingdamo injection; Hemodynamics; CGRP
