Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of trunk control training intervention on stroke patients. Methods A total of 102 stroke patients who were treated in the Central Hospital of Yuncheng from June 2015 to November 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 51 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation, and the observation group was supplemented by the trunk control training on the basis of the control group. The trunk function, motor function and daily life ability of the two groups was compared. Results After treatment, the scores of TIS, BBS, TCT and FMA in observation group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05), and the daily living ability of observation group was better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions Trunk control training based on routine rehabilitation therapy for stroke patients can effectively relieve the dysfunction and improve the daily living ability.
