Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine powder bath combined with TPD irradiation on the treatment of neonatal diaper dermatitis. Methods Totals of 210 cases of neonatal diaper dermatitis were randomly divided into two groups, 105 cases in observation group, which received the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine powder bath combined with TPD, and other 105 cases in control group, receivedthe treatment of TPD irradiation after washing. Results After the intervention, the observation group efficiencywas 952％ , and that of control group was 85.7 ％ , so the effect of observation group was significantly better than that of control group ( P＜0.05). Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine powder bath combined withTPD irradiation in the treatment of neonatal diaper dermatitis is good, worthy of clinical popularization.
