Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of the family rehabilitation nursing of senile prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods 48 cases of senile prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc were randomly divided into control and observation groups,each group 24 cases.Observation group patients were given the family rehabilitation nursing for 6 months.Results The therapeutic effects were assessed by the treatment of lumbar spine disorders performance criteria'(Japanese Association of Plastic Surgery).The score in control and observation group were improved(P＜0.05,P＜0.01),and the score and the improving index of observation group were increased than that of control group(P＜0.01).Conclusions The family rehabilitation nursing has an obvious effect on senile prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.
