Abstract

The results of studying the influence of the conditions of pre-treatment of parts on the parameters of roughness and the physical and mechanical state of the material of their surfaces after finishing and hardening treatment are presented. Empirical dependencies are obtained, which can be used in the development of effective technological processes that provide the specified performance indicators of the part. The nature of technological heredity has been studied from the point of view of the behavior of dislocations in the zone of mechanical processing of the material of parts in the process of plastic deformation, and the degree of influence of the methods of pre-treatment of surfaces of parts on the characteristics of the physical and mechanical state of the material of the surface layer after its hardening rolling has been studied.
