Effect of special exercises in the development of balance and skill of transmission in tennis ground(12-14) years

Abstract

The problem of research revealed that the game of tennis is one of the games that have physical characteristics And special compatibility abilities between the eye and the arm so the researcher noted that there is a poor performance in the skill of transmission and the ability to balance in the players of the Academy of jadrih tennis ground (12-14) year. The research aims to prepare special exercises to develop the level of performance of the skill of transmission and balance ability. And the design of a test for balance. As for the imposition of the research there are differences of statistical significance for the special exercises on the level of performance between the experimental and control magazines in the ability to balance and the skill of transmission in tennis ground. The sample of the representative represent (14) players way of Al-Jadriya Tennis Academy was divided into two experimental groups and a random one. The special exercise vocabulary was applied by (3) training units per week for (8) weeks. The most important results reached by the researcher is that the design of the balance test has led to improve the level of performance of the players. And that the use of exercises using special tools corresponding to skill and different place and difficulty increase the level of excitement and excitement among the members of the research sample. The most important the researcher recommends pay attention to the accuracy of the transmitter and the ability to balance and the speed of reference to the ares (T) as it plays a role lmportant.
