After intervention, the time management, interpersonal and health, Internet addiction tolerance, Internet withdrawal response, compulsive surfing of the Internet, and total score of Chinese Internet Addiction Scale of Internet-addicted teenagers in the two groups decreased significantly. Conversely, the total scores of boring and relaxation, stimulation and exposure, communication and information acquisition, negative emotion, and self-efficacy increased significantly, and the scores improved more significantly after the intervention in the observation group (P<0.05). Moreover, the scores of social adaptability, quality of life, and Internet avoidance of Internet-addicted teenagers in the two groups increased significantly after the intervention, whereas the scores of behavior monitoring and hazard perception decreased significantly, and the scores mentioned above improved more significantly in the observation group after the intervention (P<0.05).
