Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Organizational Climate on job satisfaction at guri in Singosari schools. This study involved 88 teachers at the school. The measuring instrument used in this research is the Organizational Climate scale and the job satisfaction scale. The results of regression analysis show that Organizational Climate has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The results also show that the Organizational Climate of teachers at Singosari school is in the medium category. The implication of this research is expected to help the Singosari school in increasing work satisfaction for teachers.
