Abstract

The structure and dielectric properties of the Bi1.5ZnNbi1.5O7 based ceramics with LiF addition have been investigated. A dense and uniform ceramic body with excellent dielectric properties can be obtained at the temperatures ranging from 1000 to 1100°C. The crystal structure of the ceramics characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis is made clear. The possible mechanism of ion substitutions in the resultant ceramics is suggested. Moreover, the relationship between structure and dielectric properties has been established.
