Abstract

This study, mediated by the variable Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB), aims to determine and analyze the causal relationship between the variables displayed in a series of path analysis models. The subjects of this study were 75 employees of the Banda Aceh City Tourism Institution. The technique used was convenience sampling, while the data were analyzed using Pearson's correlation and multiple regressions, and bootstrapping. The analysis has the following results: (1) the effect of intellectual capital on organizational performance is proven to have a positive and significant relationship, namely a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 (H1 is accepted), (2) the direct effect of spiritual capital on organizational performance is -0.070, (3) the effect mediation is proven to be significant with an indirect effect coefficient of 0.273, and (4) the effect of mediation is proven to be significant with an indirect effect coefficient of 0.458, with a confidence interval (CI) of 95% at the LLCI Boot (lower level for CI) is 0.227, and ULCI Boot (upper level for CI) is 0.676. This research has a novelty, which includes the new variable of spiritual capital as an exogenous variable and OCB as a mediating variable between intellectual capital and spiritual capital as the effect of OCB mediation in influencing organizational performance.
