Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of integrated rehabilitation nursing model to knee replacement perioperative period patients’ postoperative function and nurse-patient relationship, in further to explore the best nursing measures. Methods A total of 112 cases elective knee replacement patients who were treated in ioint surgery department, Shandong Provincial Hospital of Shandong University were selected and randomly divided into two groups: the observation group adopted integrated rehabilitation nursing and the control group adopted normal nursing; 56 cases in each group. Inclusion criteria: osteoarthritis, primary knee replacement surgery, severe pain and knee dysfunction. Exclusion criteria: other severe diseases or knee diseases, mental illness.The knee ability, knee function improvement and nursing satisfaction were separately recorded and compared between the two groups by t test. Results At T0 and T1, the knee evaluation and function scores of the two groups showed no statistically significant difference (P>0.05); at T2 period, compared with the control group, knee evaluation and function scores of the observation group obviously increased, the differences were statistical significant (t=6.363, 5.563; P 0.05); compared with the control group, nursing satisfaction in the observation group obviously increased, the difference was significant (t=-2.602, P <0.05). Conclusion Integrated rehabilitation nursing model can relatively better promote knee joint recovery of knee replacement patients, improve nurse-patient relationship.
