Abstract
The effect of the roughness and physical-mechanical state of the material of the surface layer of parts on the technological compatibility of the functional layers and coatings created on them is considered. The dependence of the technological compatibility coefficient of functional layers and coatings created on the working surfaces of parts on the adhesion stress of the surface layer material, which must be taken into account when designing the technological processes for manufacturing parts.
