Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing on psychological level and complication rate of patients with colon cancer radical resection. Methods A total of 98 patients who underwent radical resection of colon cancer from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as subjects.According to the patients' wishes, 50 patients were divided into the intervention group and 48 patients were divided into the control group.The patients in the intervention group received clinical quality nursing, while those in the control group received routine nursing.Psychological status, postoperative complication rate and nursing satisfaction were recorded. Results The mental health score of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group, the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions Clinical quality nursing application in patients with colon cancer radical resection can improve the psychological level of patients, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve nursing satisfaction.
