Abstract

Experimental data on the strength properties of titanium carbide hard alloys prepared under different sintering conditions were obtained. The relationship of properties to the geometrical structural parameters is elucidated. It was established that the transverse bend strength increases with decrease in the degree of contact of the carbide grains.
