Abstract
Abstract GFRP specimens were irradiated with various doses of gamma irradiation ranging from 40 to 250 MRad. The Vickers microhardness test has been utilized to study the effect of irradiation on the mechanical behaviour of GFRP at different loads. Evidence of both the decrease and increase in the strength of specimens has been observed at different doses of irradiation.
