Abstract
Objective To explore the value of clinical nursing path in reducing the stress state and postoperative complications of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods A total of 62 cases of cholecystitis patients admitted to this hospital after perioperative care of cholecystitis (from January to June 2016) were selected as the observation group. A retrospective control analysis was performed on 60 patients of the same type admitted to the hospital from June to December 2015.Retrospective control analysis was carried out. After different nursing interventions, mean arterial pressure, heart rate and anxiety self-rating scale (SAS) were measured 1 day before surgery and before surgical anesthesia.Interleukin (IL)-6, C-reactive protein (CRP), serum albumin (ALB) level were measured 1 day after entering the operating room.Postoperative pain, sleep, thirst, hunger, nausea, vomiting, abdominal distension and other gross symptoms were calculated. The incidence of complications was calculated 30 days after operation. Results The incidence of complications was calculated 30 days after operation two days before surgery. The mean arterial pressure, heart rate, SAS score before operation anesthesia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P 0.05). Conclusions Clinical nursing pathway can significantly relieve perioperative stress in patients with cholecystitis, which is helpful to reduce postoperative complications and adverse reactions. It is worthy of application.
