Effect of cerebral henodynaics by acupoint catgut implantation treatment on vertebrobasilar transient Ischemic attack patients

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of cerebral henodynaics by acupoint catgut implantation treatment on transient lschemic attack (TIA) patients.Methods 100 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups according to the screen standard.Both groups were given basic treatment and the treatment group was added catgut implantation at bilateral cervical Jiaji.All the patients were treated for 3 months.and compared two groups' average velocities of MCA 、VA 、BA before and after treatment.Results After the treatment,both two group had better average velocities of MCA 、VA 、BA than the data before (P＜0.01).And after the treatment,the average velocities of MCA、VA、BA in the treatment were apparently higher than those in the control group (P＜0.01).Conclusions Catgut implantation at bilateral cervical Jiaji with the basic treatment had a bettere clinical effect in the improvement of the TIA attack patients' cerebral hemodynamics.
