Abstract

Abstract In this work, tin oxide films were prepared by electrostatic spray deposition technique. The effect of post annealing temperature on properties of prepare film was performed. The structural, surface morphology and optical properties of tin oxide films were characterized by X-ray diffraction, field-emission scanning electron microscope, and UV-Visible spectrophotometer. The crystalline size is found to increase with increase the annealing temperature. Moreover, the effect of annealing temperature on physical properties of tin oxide films has been performed
